How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours of confirming your order. Dedicated nursery trucks and express logistics reach Andhra/Telangana in 1–2 days, South metros in 2–3 days, and rest of India in 3–5 days. Your vehicle and dispatch tracking details arrive on WhatsApp as soon as your batch leaves Kadiyam.
How does nursery transport and freight delivery work?
We arrange direct nursery truck logistics for bulk orders, residential estates, and landscaping layouts, as well as moisture-locked express cargo for individual specimens. Freight is calculated transparently based on destination site and load volume with no hidden markups.
Why are fixed rates and discounts not listed on the site?
We supply directly from our Kadiyam nursery farmgate. Because living plants vary across container sizes (from compact 5" pots to 12-ft architectural trees) and order quantities (individual homeowners vs. large property & commercial projects), we provide genuine wholesale quotations and live video of available batches rather than inflated retail price markups.
How do you ensure plant quality before dispatch?
Every specimen is inspected and conditioned in ventilated Kadiyam shade houses prior to dispatch. Before loading, our nursery growers record a live WhatsApp video showing root health, foliage, and height. Plants are dispatched only after you review and approve the live video.
Do plants come with a pot and soil?
Yes. Every plant ships in its nursery pot in the same soil mix it was grown in. You can repot into a decorative planter right away, or wait a week and let the plant settle first.
Will this plant survive my climate?
Each card lists the light and watering the plant wants. As a quick guide: Foxtail and Christmas palms, Terminalia Mantaly, bougainvillea (kagithala), ixora (ijjura & Singapore), hibiscus (mandaram), tecoma, allamanda, crinum lily, nerium (ganneru), duranta, plumbago, crossandra, jasmine (malli), kamini, curry leaf (karivepaku), star fruit, water apple, mango graft and chilli all want full sun or a bright open spot, while ZZ Plant, Aglaonema, Golden Hahnii, croton and fiddle leaf fig settle happily indoors in indirect light. Tell us your city and we will suggest what suits your balcony.
How does wholesale payment work?
Direct nursery bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS) or official business UPI. After you review and approve your live batch video and farmgate quotation on WhatsApp, we issue an invoice with our Kadiyam nursery GST details prior to dispatch.
